Update
So I’ve been working on getting M to go down for sleep in her bed (as opposed to in my arms) and I think she’s getting it. She fusses a little, but has been able to get herself down with little help from me.
The hope of all hope is that this will help her sleep a little longer and get herself back to sleep a little easier.
So far not so much, but tonight is a new night. Oh, and I’m drinking less caffeine. Probably should anyway, I’ve gone a little overboard and have started experiencing the roller coaster of caffeine high and crash. Not fun. I think I just feel better not on the caffeine train… but I’m not going cold turkey and note that I said LESS.
I may be sleep deprived, but I’m not crazy.
Yet.
